武汉理工大学硕士学位论文1．1研究的背景第一章绪论产业结构调整与优化是一个国家或地区经济发展过程中研究的永恒主题。湖北在“ 国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要” 中明确指出：要加快产业结构调整步伐，进一步优化产业结构。在纲要中提出了湖北省产业结构调整的战略目标：“ 要全力推进三次产业构成向高度化方向演进。以1997年为基期三次产业占6DP比重为22．3：44．6：31．1；到2000年，三次产业的产值比重关系应调整为19：46：35；到2010年要进～步被调整为14：45：41；到2020年调整为10：40：50；使三次产业构成演进为‘ 三、二、一’ 位序阶段，考虑到产业结构调整具有阶段性和非阶段性跃进特征，我省三次产业构成演变为‘ 三、一’ 位序的时间应努力使其在2020年前实现。”二、基于上述目标，在湖北统计局提供的资料( 2002年湖北省第二次基本单位普查数据公报》、( 2002年湖北投入产出表》基础之上，我们进行了相关课题的研究。本论文在吸取了相关课题的部分研究成果后，对湖北产业结构进行优化分析。不管是统计局课题研究，还是本论文对湖北产业结构优化的分析，都是为了掌握湖北现状，解决湖北发展的问题。究其原因，主要有两个方面：从世界范围看，进入21世纪，世界经济全球化趋势明显加快。2001年12月11同，我国正式成为世界贸易组织成员。加入世界贸易组织，既为我国经济发展、结构调整、科技创新和国际竞争力提高带来历史性的机遇，同时也将使我国宏观经济和部分地区的产业面临严峻的挑战。“ 入世” 对我国经济发展和产业结构调整的推动作用表现在：随着各种要素的有效利用和合理配置，加快了产业结构的调整，有力地促进了国内产业结构的全面升级。此外，随着服务业市场的逐渐开放和垄断的打破，以及国外高新技术产业的抢潍和竞争，将会改变长期以来我国第三产业发展严重滞后的局面，刺激和促进资本、技术密集型的服务业的迅速发展。· 一入世” 对我国经济发展和产业结构调整的冲击主要表现在：随着我国市场丌放步伐的加快，更多的外国产品、服务和投资将进入我国市场，那些开放

要 农业产业作为人类需求的最为基础的层面，同时也处于所有行业中发展最缓慢之列。我们在对其进行不断的调整优化的过程中总会出现这样那样的问题，阻碍发展的进程。河南省作为中原地区重要的农业基地，其农产品哺育着全国各地乃至世界各国的人民，为更好地跻身于农业产业结构的建设，创造出更加利于民生、利于发展、利于富农的农业发展模式，必须深入研究农业产业结构的优化升级方案。本文主要基于河南省当前的农业发展现状，分别从农林牧渔业几个层面分析我省农业产业优化过程中依然存在的问题，深入研究其内部构成因素，对比其他产业结构模式，从而为我省的农业产业结构的优化提升构建可行性方案，这不仅为产业结构的优化提高了良好的思路方案，更进一步的提升了农业产业的生产效率。
本文首先简述了论文选题背景和研究意义，以及目前河南省农业产业结构的实际状况，简述本文的研究内容及方法，同时就国内外相关课题的研究现状给出总结和论述，以此作为本文研究依据和借鉴。在此基础上，与其他相关研究相比，提出本文的创新之处。其次，从河南省农业产业结构及产业结构优化的基本概念出发，就河南省农业产业结构得现状进行详细的剖析，分别从农业产业的四个基本产业出发，依次分析了农业、林业、畜牧业及渔业的发展现状，据此提出河南省农业产业结构发展中存在的问题。接着，从河南省农业产业结构的合理性角度出发，依据数据分析找出问题症结所在，就此提出产业结构的优化调整方案。然后，结合实际情况，以河南省农业产业结构的现状为研究背景进行分析，探讨了其存在问题的原因，据此提出优化建议。最后，对本文的研究成果，做出总结性分析，并对进一步研究提出展望。
本文主要分为五个部分展开的研究。第一部分为导论，主要阐述选题背景，目的及研究意义。第二部分，农业产业结构的相关理论、概述，对农业产业结构有初步的认识和了解，阐明并强调优化产业结构的意义。初步介绍了河南省农业产业结构的总体状况，并分别对各个部分进行了详细的分析。提出河南省农业产业结构可能存在的问题。第三部分，针对性的就河南省农业产业结构的合理性进行分析，就可能存在的问题提出质疑。在合理性分析的基础上提出产业结构的优化调整方案。第四部分，对河南省农业产业结构存在问题进行详细的原因分析，并在此基础万方数据

大学硕士学位论文产业结构优化研究——以福建省为例的分析姓名：周晓庆申请学位级别：硕士专业：产业经济学指导教师：惠宁20100601摘要在经济发展过程中，经济总量增长在很大程度上取决于产业结构调整的状态，合理优化的产业结构是国民经济持续发展的重要保证。改革开放以来，福建省的经济快速增长，产业结构不断优化，工业化进程明显加快，但福建省经济的发展在东南沿海省份中仍然比较落后，产业结构的不协调、劳动力结构与产业结构变化不同步等矛盾日益显现。论文试图通过对福建省产业结构进行深入的分析研究，提出福建省产业结构优化的对策，以实现福建省经济的可持续发展。论文主要从以下几个方面对福建省产业结构的优化进行研究：首先，论文从产业结构理论的历史演化和国内外产业结构理论的研究现状两个方面对国内外产业结构理论进行了重新梳理，进行相关的文献综述，为福建省产业结构的优化研究提供相应的理论基础；其次，论文运用定量分析与规范分析相结合的方法，以福建省及全国的统计数据为基础分析了改革开放以来福建省的三次产业结构和三次产业的内部结构，以总结改革开放30年以来福建省产业结构的现状和问题；再次，论文提出福建省产业结构优化的客观标准，并从需求因素和供给因素两方面对福建省产业结构优化的制约因素进行深入分析，以分析出福建省产业结构优化的可能性；最后，论文运用“ 快车道模型"，采用2002年的投入产出表数据，采取投入产出分析的方法计算出平衡增长条件下福建省三次产业的最优结构。通过分析研究论文得出这样的结论：福建省第二产业产值比重过高，第三产业产值比重过低；三大产业内部结构不合理；劳动力结构与产值结构严重失调，这对福建省经济的长期发展是不利的。结合对福建省产业结构的分析及在此基础上做出的优化调整规划方案，论文提出了福建省产业结构优化调整的对策，为福建省建立合理的产业结构和实现经济的可持续发展提供了理论依据。关键词：福建产业结构结构分析结构优化

西北大学硕士学位论文1．1研究背景与意义1．1．1研究背景第1章绪论产业结构调整是各国经济发展的主题。世界经济的发展经验充分证明：经济的竞争归根到底是产业的竞争，整体经济竞争力关键取决于产业结构的状态。产业结构调整是促进经济发展的持久动力。第一，经济快速发展，但产业结构仍旧不合理。改革开放三十年以来，福建省经济发展迅速，成效显著，全省生产总值由1978年的66．37亿元上升到2008年的10823．11亿元，增长了162．1倍；人均生产总值由1978年的273元上升到2007年的30123元，增长了109．3倍①。与此同时，福建产业结构也发生了巨大的变化，城市经济的工业化进程明显加快，三次产业的比例由1978年的36．0：42．5：21．5演变为2007年的10．7：50．0：39．3。但与周边省市相比较，福建省产业结构还不尽合理，还存在极大的调整空间。第二，经济全球化程度加深，国际金融危机突出结构调整压力。随着经济全球化程度的加深，我国逐渐与世界经济连为一体。2007年，由美国爆发的次贷危机逐渐演变为全球性的金融危机，并由虚体经济向实体经济蔓延，对世界经济的发展造成了极为不利的影响，国际市场大幅萎缩，这使我国经济受到较为沉重的打击，2008年我国G DP的增长率仅为9％。再加上人民币升值、物价上涨、劳动力成本上升等问题，使我国经济面临严峻的考验，也暴露出我国产业结构不合理的问题，我国产业结构面临着调整的要求。2008年11月9日经国务院第112次常务会议审议通过了《促进产业结构调整暂行规定》，要求将推进产业结构调整作为当前和今后一段时期改革发展的重要任务，切实推进产业结构优化升级。福建作为走在改革开放前沿的省份，2007年福建经济的出口依存度超过40％，人民币升值，劳动力成本上升，金融危机等一系列困难使得福建省以出口为主的传统制造业面临空前压力，产业结构调整迫在眉睫。第三，海峡西岸经济区建设、两岸“ 大三通” 提供契机。继2006年两会上中央提出支持“ 海峡西岸"经济发展，明确海峡西岸的概念和福建的定位之后，国务院常务委员于2009年5月14日正式发布《关于支持福建省加快海峡西岸经济区建设的若干意见》，说明了福建经济的发展、海峡西岸经济区的建设进入了历史性的时刻。特别是2008年①注：数据来源于2009年福建省统计年鉴。福建生产总值的数据已按照国家统计局制定的统一方案．根据2004年经济普查资料采用国际上通用的“ 总趋势离差法” 进行了调整l
第1苹绪论12月16日海峡两岸海运直航、空运直航、直接通邮正式实施，标志着两岸大三通的正式启动，与台湾一水之隔的福建经济的发展，在加快与台湾先进产业的对接与合作，全面推进福建产业结构的调整与升级上迎来了暂新的时代。1．1．2研究意义( 1) 研究的理论意义本文通过对国内外产业结构理论研究成果的系统介绍和评述，对产业结构理论进行了重新梳理，并对近年来国内外产业结构理论进行了文献上的整理和研究，这对于完善产业结构理论以及产业结构理论的文献研究具有重要的学术参考价值意义。同时，本文应用产业结构理论对福建省产业结构优化问题进行了细致、深入的分析，并通过对该问题的实证分析，提出了有针对性的政策建议，可以说本文以福建省产业结构优化作为一个现实案例来具体研究产业结构理论问题，这对于产业结构理论的实证研究也具有一定的借鉴意义。( 2) 研究的现实意义以福建为主体的海峡西岸经济区的建设已上升为国家战略，福建地理位置特殊，经济发展受两岸关系等条件的限制。改革开放以前，受台海军事对峙的影响，经济发展较为落后，改革开放以后，福建迎来了千载难逢的发展机遇，经济发展速度和发展水平在全国引入瞩目。但从上世纪九十年代后期开始，处于长三角和珠三角两大经济区对接点的福建，受“ 虹吸” 作用日益处于边缘地位。目前，在经济全球化、科技进步和产业转移加快日益明显、海峡西岸经济区建设大力推进的时代大背景下，促进福建经济社会的健康、稳定、可持续发展，其关键和核心就是调整和优化产业结构。本文以福建省产业结构优化为研究对象，在界定产业结构优化的内涵的基础上，从产值结构、劳动力结构变化等角度实证分析了福建省的产业结构状况，并根据研究结论提出优化调整的政策建议。对福建省产业结构的优化及福建经济持续、快速、健康的发展具有一定的指导意义。同时，本文的研究方法和研究步骤也可以用于其他地区产业结构优化的研究，相关的政策建议对与福建省产业结构状况相似的省份、地区产业结构的优化也有实践上的借鉴意义。1．2．研究的思路、方法及相关概念的界定1．2．1研究思路本文的研究思路是：围绕福建省产业结构优化这条主线，按照“ 提出问题一理论分析一实证分析一基本结论一对策建议"的逻辑思路展开研究。2
西北大学硕士学位论文1．2．2研究方法第一、时间序列分析法。本文采用时间序列分析法对建国以来福建产业结构的变动进行分析，从而对福建产业结构发展的过去、现在和将来有全面的认识，了解福建产业结构所处的阶段以及发展态势。第二、投入产出分析法。本文应用里昂惕夫的投入产出分析方法，通过对福建省2002年投入产出表的分析测算出福建省经济的平衡增长率，并以此为基础建立动态线性规划模型，得出福建省产业结构调整的最优状态。1．2．3相关概念的界定产业，是指具有某类特性的企业的集合或系统。产业结构中的“ 产业” 着眼于企业的不同原材料、生产工艺技术、产品用途为准则，将其划入不同产业，而且产业结构中的“ 产业” 概念既可以是较广义的，如第一产业、第二产业、第三产业，也可以是较狭义的，如石油产业、机械产业。本文采用较为广义的概念，即第一产业、第二产业和第三产业。其中第一产业、第二产业、第三产业的分类依据2003年以后我国统计上采用的分类法。2003年之后我国统计上的三次产业划分是：第一产业是指农、林、牧、渔业和农林牧渔服务业；第二产业是指采矿业、制造业、电力、煤气及水的生产和供应业、建筑业；第三产业是指除第一、二产业以外的其他行业①。产业结构的概念始用于20世纪40年代，最初的涵义比较广泛，即可用来解释产业内部之间的关系和产业与产业之间的关系，也可以用来解释产业内部的企业关系结构和产业的地区分布结构。随着经济的不断发展，对产业结构的研究也得到进一步深化。如今，产业结构与分配结构、资源结构、需求结构等共同构成了国民经济结构系统。本文所研究的产业结构是指国民经济中产业的构成及其相互关系，指各产业在...
