中国协和医科大学教授 长期深入研究与艾滋病相关的社会行为及政策，现为国家控制艾滋病专家咨询委员会社会行为和政策研究组组长、中国性病、艾滋病防治协会副会长，艾滋病工作网络主任。

观众朋友们，您们好！这里是中央电视台《健康之路》直播节目，今天我们来聊的是艾滋病方面的问题。
主持人：来看一段录像。艾滋病患者："我每年都出去放炮，今年放不了了，想出去玩也没法去。"
刘凤琴：这个孩子曾经和著名演员濮存晰一起拍公益广告，他曾经是一个大二的学生，学习酒店管理，在他去酒店管理实习期间，因为毫无防备的性行为感染上了艾滋病，孩子的父母都是工人， 在孩子重病期间花光了所有积蓄， 但是在我们去采访后的第三天他就去世了，死于艾滋病的并发症，临床医生向我们介绍说他当时的血色素只有 2 克、发高烧、呼吸非常
困难、神志不清。家长后来同意做了尸体解剖，打开胸腹腔后发现取出的肺、肾、脾、胃等都充满了结核灶，因为他的整个免疫系统被破坏了。
主持人：所有的艾滋病患者到最后都难逃这一劫吗？
张孔来：是这样的，艾滋病的英文缩写是 AIDS 即后天获得性免疫缺陷，造成免疫缺陷的原因就是爱滋病病毒造成的，病毒在体内大量的繁殖就会使人体的免疫系统受到损害，很多平时能够抵抗的病原菌就会趁虚而入，比如极度消瘦、发烧、皮肤上长了脓包、长肿瘤，另外还有结核，很多爱滋病感染者最后都是死于结核。
刘凤琴：我在与这位艾滋病患者接触的过程中产生了很深的感情，他如果有了什么不愉快或什么想法都会和我联系，根据我的临床经验，从他的体征看这应该是他最后的一个春节了，所以我就决定和他一起渡过那个大年除夕夜。最近我写了一个话剧叫做《醒悟》 ，剧情写的是一个大学生感染艾滋病的事情，之所以写大学生是因为在全人类感染艾滋病的人群中15-25 岁的年轻人感染率最高，把主人公定位于大学生是为了警示年轻人和年轻人的父母，不要等到孩子已经到了生命垂危的时候才考虑到对孩子进行性教育。我对于话剧原型男孩的采访过程中，他母亲的痛苦给我留下了很深的印象，我见到的那位母亲永远是捂着脸痛苦的样子深深地震撼了我，我觉得不能让我们千千万万的母亲再承受这样的痛苦，因此我就写了这样一个话剧。
主持人：
再来看一段对这位艾滋病患者的采访录像。
艾滋病患者：
"我就觉得心里特别扭、难受，总觉得自己不该得这种病，我觉得和我发生关系的那人还算干净，不应该传染给我，但是确实又没有其它的传播途径，所以我想应该是她传染给我的。"
张孔来：这与我们目前在性知识方面的教育还是有关系的，青春期的孩子对同性和异性的身体变化有很大的兴趣是很正常的，可是这时如果没有正确的引导，他们就会从各种途径来获取这方面的知识，有时找到的不一定是正确的。有调查表明很多大中学生的性知识不是通过正规途径获得的而是通过黄色书刊和光碟获得的。
主持人：性知识教育会产生负面影响吗？
张孔来：这种担心更多的应该是来自于大人而不是孩子，孩子本身的需求是很强烈的。国外研究发现初中学生进行性教育并不会提前性经历、不会增加性伴侣，不会增加性病感染率。如果是正确地选择合适的时机和内容进行性教育，正面作用是远远大于副作用的。教育部现在也越来越重视性教育的普及。
主持人：再来看一段录像。艾滋病患者："发生性行为一定要做一些避孕措施，甭管你对这人有多了解， 一个小小的保险套是唯一能保护你的东西。
还有就是劝天下的这些小姑娘们，如果你没有把握将来这个男人成为你的老公，千万不要和他发生性行为。这样一方面是可能会影响到你的一生，再就是可能染上艾滋病，应该学会保护自己。"
张孔来：安全性行为可以避免感染艾滋病和性病。首先在有性欲望的时候要节欲。第二点对性伴侣要忠诚。第三点如果与不熟悉的人发生性关系一定要用避孕套。
刘凤琴：我在这里呼吁社会不要歧视艾滋病人，我最反对把艾滋病人通过传播途径来分成三六九等即觉得血液传染者可怜、性传播的就活该，我觉得这是非常不公平的，由于一两次的性冲动就要以付出自己的生命为代价，这是非常可惜的。甚至有的艾滋病感染者宁可不治病也不愿戴上艾滋病人的帽子，这就是社会歧视带来的后果。
张孔来：我们应该给艾滋病人一定的空间，把他们的消极因素变成积极因素，和我们一起来和艾滋病作斗争，我们的共同敌人是爱滋病病毒而绝不是感染了爱滋病病毒的人。
主持人：来看一段录像：北京佑安医院医生甲："我刚接触艾滋病人是 1989 年，当时我也很紧张，查房的时候都是全副武装戴帽子、口罩、隔离衣、手套，病人死后用过的椅子也给烧掉了。那是对艾滋病的认识还是有一些误区。"北京佑安医院医生乙："现在我们都知道了，正常的接触是不会传染艾滋病的。"
张孔来：艾滋病的传染途径包括 1、性传播 2、血液传播，特别是共用吸毒针具。3、母婴传播，怀孕的妇女有 1／3 的机会把爱滋病病毒传给下一代。除了以上三个途径，其它方式都是不会传染艾滋病的。
主持人：艾滋病感染者可以结婚、生孩子吗？
张孔来：
传染病法规定急性传染病人不宜结婚， 但是对于大量的爱滋病病毒感染者来说，结婚是可以但是要把情况说清楚，有一个专业术语叫做知情同意即在双方都知情的情况下是可以结婚的。关于生育问题，艾滋病人有三分之一的机会可能把病毒传给下一代，现在有一种新的药物可以把这种三分之一的机会降到 10％以下，相信将来还会进一步降低，把这个情况告诉未来的母亲，由她自己来决定。
主持人：
福建王女士 35 岁 我是艾滋病病毒携带者， 没有什么症状， 只是觉得容易疲倦，我现在和我的小孩在一起生活，会不会把病毒传染给他？
张孔来：日常生活肯定不会传染艾滋病，不用太担心。造成有效感染医学上讲要有两个必要的途径 1、要有足够量的病毒。2、病毒要直接进入血液。如果不是同时满足这两个条件，即使有病毒也不会造成传染。
主持人：重庆钱先生 36 岁 我是一名艾滋病感染者，如果我戴上安全套，就肯定不会传染给我的妻子吗？
张孔来：是这样的。必须每次都要戴上安全套，保证男方的精液不要进入女性的阴道里面去。没有体液交换的前提下是不会感染的。
主持人：深圳周女士 35 岁 和艾滋病人在同一游泳池游泳，同屋睡觉，共同用毛巾、剃须刀、有感染的可能吗？
刘凤琴：其它的都没有传染的可能，就是使用剃须刀应该注意，使用剃须刀很容易划破皮肤，出血后有感染的可能。因此不要和他人共用剃须刀。
主持人：河南高先生 26 岁 请问到医院做胃镜会不会感染艾滋病？
张孔来：如果爱滋病感染者做过胃镜检查，那么胃镜器械是需要消毒的，按照医院的常规消毒制度，这些都是应该消毒的，不会造成感染。
主持人：云南杨先生 42 岁 孩子发烧输液，能染上艾滋病毒吗？
张孔来：国家现在在推广一次性的注射器，使用一次性的注射器就完全避免了感染艾滋病。
主持人：天津胡先生 39 岁 请问艾滋病病毒抗体检测呈阳性，通过治疗能转阴吗？有没有转阴的例子？
张孔来：目前治疗只能起到把血液中的病毒尽量减低的作用，还无法把病毒彻底从身体内彻底清除掉。
主持人：河南吕先生 29 岁 如果认为自己可能感染上了爱滋病病毒，该怎么办？在哪能做早期检查？
刘凤琴：现在一般的大医院和卫生防疫站都可以做 HIV 的检查。
