一、敢担当，端正态度，勇于应对职责 初入社区，经常会遇到各种琐碎杂事，或居民前来发牢骚要求解决困难，或邻里发生矛盾需要调解，刚开始时，我有点畏惧，总想着敷衍逃避，觉得能躲过一时算一时。随着工作的累积，我逐渐明白，作为一名社区工作者，工作首先是一个态度问题，认真执行，不找借口，不能因为工作中小事繁杂而采取敷衍应付的态度，不能因居民百姓的纠缠怕烦怕累，一味推诿拖沓只是掩耳盗铃，看不到问题不代表没有问题，职责只会越推越多，只有正确应对，敢于担当才有迎接任何挑战的气魄。今年年初，社区上访顽固户赵林举联系各地战友去北京集访，我收到消息立刻买了最快的火车票赶到北京进行劝访，赵林举作为集访的联络员，十分难缠，以集访为要挟，百般刁难，态度极其恶劣，我一边缓着赵林举 跟他做工作，一边向领导汇报劝访进度，虽然只身一人第一次离
家数千里，但全心投入劝访的思想谋划和针锋相对中，心里毫无畏惧，经过三天劝访，最后赶在“两会”之前将赵林举带回岳阳，没有造成不良影响。

局爱岗敬业演讲稿：我自豪，因为我是一名民政人 民政局爱岗敬业演讲稿：我自豪，因为我是一名民政人 十年前，我由一名女兵变成了民政人。当初，我的亲朋好友一听说我从事的是民政工作，都以十分羡慕的口气对我说：“你真幸运。”是的，这十年来，我亲身体会到作为一个民政人是多么的令人自豪，让人骄傲。这中间，虽然有成功，有失败，有喜悦，有委曲，但在更多的时间里，一个信念始终在鞭策和鼓舞我，作为一个民政人，从事的是一项崇高而光荣的事业，唯有不断奉献，不断进取，才能对得起“民政人”这个光荣的称呼。回顾自己十年来的工作，虽 Б 然没有取得什么大的成绩， ｗ但在平凡的工作中，我觉得 臣 自己在不断成熟，不断充实 斤 ，这一切，源自我对民政事 蹼 业的执着和热爱，源自民政 束 人肩上的责任和重担。“权 酲 为民所用，情为民所系，利 啥 为民所谋”，“上替政府分 忧，下为民众解愁”，这字 昙 字句句让人不敢有半点松懈 渝 和怠慢。我虽然只是一个普 谑 通的基层民政会计，但我深 麦深知道，自己的一言一行代 益 表着民政人的形象和荣誉， 眯 所以在工作中，我时时提醒 自己，作为民政人，作为一 Ｑ 名在基层经常与老百姓打交 田 道的民政人，必须以真情对 啵 待每一个人，因为他们都是 廖 最需要帮助、最需要关爱的 人。
